What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

Data Permanently Deleted

  • •Wellbeing Entries: All journal entries, reflections, and mood check-in records.
  • •Assessment Histories: Screening submissions and scores (PHQ-9, GAD-7, ISI, PSS-4).
  • •AI Companion Data: Chat logs, personalized interaction contexts, and conversation history.
  • •Tools & Plans: Custom safety plans, thought records, vault items, and notification preferences.

Retention Policy & Legal Exceptions

  • •30-Day Grace Period: Following verified deletion request, your account is immediately deactivated and scheduled for permanent purge within 30 days.
  • •Security Audit Logs: Immutable system audit logs are retained for up to 7 years strictly to protect service security, detect fraud, and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • •Financial & Tax Records: Where applicable, transaction records are retained for the statutory period required by tax and company law.
  • •No Commercial Use: Retained records are strictly archived and never used for advertising, marketing, or behavioral profiling.
