Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Waitlist details. The WhatsApp number you submit, plus the section of the site you submitted it from and the time of submission.
• Wellbeing entries (in the app). Mood ratings, sleep and movement logs, habits, free-text reflections and messages exchanged with the AI companion.
• Technical data. Device type, app version and anonymised diagnostics used to keep the service stable.

How we use it

• To tell you when Mindbriz launches and to manage early access.
• To generate your personal insights, guided exercises and improvement plans.
• To detect abuse, debug faults and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your wellbeing entries for advertising or third-party profiling.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access by our team is restricted, logged and limited to what is required to operate and support the service. No system is perfectly secure, so we also design to minimise the data we hold in the first place.

Your controls

• Request a copy of your data, or export it directly from the app at launch.
• Correct or delete individual entries, or delete your account and all associated data.
• Opt out of waitlist WhatsApp messages by replying “STOP” to any message we send.
• Contact us at privacy@mindbriz.com to exercise any of these rights.

Retention

Waitlist WhatsApp numbers are kept until launch communications are complete or you opt out, whichever comes first. In-app data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request, except where the law requires otherwise.
