Using Mindbriz

• You must be 16 or older to join the waitlist or create an account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other people’s data, or interfere with its operation.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing or a launch date. Features described on this site are indicative of what we are building and may change before release.

Not medical advice

Mindbriz provides general wellbeing support only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace care from a doctor, therapist or other qualified professional. Never delay seeking professional help because of something the app suggested. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you write and log. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you — generating insights, exercises and plans.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. Where a change materially affects you, we will give reasonable notice by WhatsApp or in the app.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindbriz is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
